Job Overview

Lead and progress productivity activities, including raw material qualification, cost optimization. Provide routine technical support to manufacturing of Santoprene and Hytrel AP facilities. Providing technical support for future business expansion. Maintain product data internally and externally.

Responsibilities

Technical gatekeeper for plant related activities, provide professional suggestions. Lead cross functional activities to ensure business smoothness.

Qualifications

BS or higher degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or polymer related field. 3+ years of technical experience, familiar with material testing and polymer production. Experience as technology support for plants. Used SAP system before that understand interface of system. Comfortable in international cross-functional teams, ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with a global team. Problem-solver and attention to detail. Good in English.
