CDW UK is seeking a skilled Onsite Engineer (L3) to provide hands-on technical support at our client's Reading site. This role is focused on maintaining and troubleshooting enterprise hardware, software, and network infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on proactive service delivery and stakeholder engagement.
You will act as the first point of contact for onsite technical issues, escalating to the Service Desk or NOC as required. The role involves supporting a wide range of systems, including meeting room hardware, network infrastructure, and end-user devices, while maintaining high standards of documentation and asset management.
