An associate is a professional who interacts with customers on behalf of CDW. They are responsible for providing support, handling inquiries and complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction. Their primary goal is to build strong relationships with CDW clients and help them navigate any issues they may encounter with the company's products or services.

What you will do:

  • Responding to and resolving client email inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Understanding the life cycle of the CDW engagement process and where these responsibilities sit.
  • Conducting follow-up emails to gather feedback from customers.
  • Escalating complex issues to higher-level support staff.
  • Collaborating with other departments within the company to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Handling Escalations.

What we expect of you:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
