Role Summary The Document Controller will support the Ministry of Water and Irrigation in managing project documentation and provide administrative and logistical assistance to the project team. With regards to the administrative scope, this relates to the project only and will be carried out in coordination with the Ministry and CDM Smith processes. Duties include document preparation, travel arrangements, hotel bookings, meeting coordination, and other administrative duties.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field. • Well demonstrable computer skills. A computer driving license is an advantage • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in document control or administrative support, preferably in large infrastructure/EPC projects. • Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken). • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
