We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Specialist / Senior Specialist to join our People Operations team in Singapore. This role balances core operational delivery with continuous improvement. Approximately 60% of your time will be spent managing complex BAU activities, including payroll operations, employee lifecycle administration, pass processing, ServiceNow case management, and compliance-related matters. The remaining 40% of the role focuses on process optimisation and transformation. You will contribute to streamlining workflows, supporting automation and transformation initiatives, and identifying and addressing root causes of recurring operational issues. This is not a purely strategic role. You will be hands-on in processing and delivery, while also having genuine ownership and accountability to drive improvements and enhance how People Operations functions.
