People Services Specialist (Screening Specialist)

About the Role:
We are looking for a People Services Specialist to join our world-class Warsaw People Services Team, a team of skilled People professionals, responsible for providing service delivery for our UK & Ireland business which supports an employee population of over 13,000.
What You'll Do:
- Enquiry Management: Serve as the first point of contact for all screening queries, managing the enquiry from initiation to closure, ensuring resolution within agreed-upon SLAs.
- Communicate with Candidates: Communicate with candidates regarding the background screening process, providing necessary information and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Escalate Concerns: Escalate any significant findings or potential risks to the appropriate stakeholders, such as HR and legal counsel.
- Review and Analyse Results: Carefully review and analyse background check results, identifying any discrepancies or red flags.
- Prepare and Maintain Documentation: Prepare accurate and detailed reports summarizing background check findings and maintain thorough documentation of all screening activities in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
- Attend Client weekly calls and follow up on any issue raised on the call.
What You'll Need:
- Degree educated preferred; CIPD qualification or working towards it is desirable.
- Previous experience working with a Core HR System, preferably Peoplesoft.
- Previous experience in a Shared Services environment, using a case management tool.
