People Services Specialist (Benefits Invoicing)

About the Role:
We are looking for a People Services Specialist to join our world-class Warsaw People Services Team, a team of skilled People professionals, responsible for providing service delivery for our UK & Ireland business which supports an employee population of over 13,000.
What You'll Do:
- Receiving and coordinating invoices: Receive incoming invoices and sort them based on priority and type.
- Validating Invoice Details: Ensure that the details on the invoices match purchase orders, contracts, and goods or services received.
- Entering Invoices into the System: Accurately enter invoice details into the company's accounting or invoicing system.
- Raising Purchase Orders: Create and manage purchase orders to ensure that all transactions are properly documented.
- Reconciling Invoices: Verify entries and compare system reports to balances to ensure accuracy.
- Communicating with Suppliers: Resolve any discrepancies or issues with invoices by communicating with suppliers or internal departments.
- Supporting Audits: Provide supporting documentation for audits and assist with month-end closing.
- Ensuring Compliance: Stay updated on laws and regulations related to financial and tax requirements to ensure compliance
What You'll Need:
- Previous experience working with an invoicing system desirable.
- Previous experience in a Shared Services environment, using a case management tool.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills.
