About the Role

• Lead the integration technology strategy and Pacific roadmap in alignment with enterprise architecture and product goals.
• Mentor and guide integration engineers and developers.
• Drive adoption of modern integration patterns.
• Represent integration in architecture governance forums and technical design reviews.
• Partner with product managers and architects to define integration strategies aligned with product roadmaps and business capabilities.
• Design and document integration architectures using APIs, event-driven patterns, and middleware platforms.
• Evaluate and recommend integration tools, platforms, and frameworks.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, data, security, and business teams to manage integration dependencies.
• Engage with external vendors and partners to facilitate third-party integrations.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Support audits, risk assessments, and change management processes.

About You

• Significant experience in integration engineering, product development, or systems architecture.
• Track record in a technical leadership role.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and ability to translate complexity to a non-technical audience.
• Ability to execute and deliver.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols.
• Experience implementing secure data exchange and encryption standards.
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Azure Logic Apps).
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2).
• Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and microservices architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
