- Reviewing GxP pipette or similar instrument certificates and test records from third-party service providers to ensure compliance.
- Preparing and setting up lab equipment each day so scientists can hit the ground running.
- Replenishing solvents and ensuring all tools are in working order and available when needed.
You'll also:
- Collect and organize documentation for audits and inspections.
- Support training efforts and serve as a backup for reviewing compliance documentation.
- Follow standardized procedures while solving routine problems with a practical, hands-on approach.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality service under moderate supervision.

- A high school diploma or GED, with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
- A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to follow established routines and standards.
- Clear communication skills to exchange straightforward information with colleagues and service providers.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Basic math skills for simple calculations (percentages, markups, etc.).
