About the Position:
As a Sales Broker in CBRE, you will be responsible for developing business and negotiating sales, leasing, and marketing of commercial/office real estate properties for strategic clients.
This position is part of the Brokerage function. It is responsible for the buying, selling, and leasing of industrial properties.
Your Responsibilities:
Apply comprehensive knowledge and specialized expertise to close deals.
Use sales skills to identify potential needs of tenants and landlords.
Transform client expectations and secure new and greater business opportunities through prospecting, networking, relationship development, and selling additional services to the current client portfolio.
Prepare requests for proposals and review data.
Develop real estate reports on average rents, market tenants, historical data, and market comparisons.
Assist lawyers in preparing real estate contracts, such as deeds, leases, and mortgages.
Participate in the local business community and charity events to create new contacts and generate new business.
Accompany potential clients to properties to discuss their features, leasing rates, and conditions.
Provide relevant information about the availability of leases, current market conditions, and the value of industrial properties in the market.
Requirements:
Professional studies/degrees related to the field are preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in industrial property brokerage.
Experience in analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Intermediate English is a plus.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with high customer orientation.
Ability to calculate complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial calculations, consistent with CBRE RISE values.
