Reports to: Head of Professional Services

About the Role:

Working as part of the Dublin team in all aspects of the Professional Services area, to include rent reviews and lease renewals. The role will involve assisting with the preparation of rent review reports on all types of commercial property; provision of high-quality consultancy advice to key stakeholders in relation to commercial properties; negotiations with surveyors/agents/principles in relation to properties held under leases. Experience in all or a combination of these areas of work would be a distinct advantage.

What You'll Need:

Ideal candidate for the role will have between 1-3 years commercial property experience and would like to further their career with a progressive and market leading commercial property company. Qualified member of the SCSI or working towards completion of APC and becoming chartered. Candidates should have expert knowledge and understanding of the property market. Valuation experience desirable but not essential. Excellent communication skills enabling the development of good relationships with clients and colleagues. Excellent report writing and numerical skills and strong attention to detail are key factors for anyone applying for this role. Highly organised and motivated with ability to work on own initiative. IT Skills - Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
