Provides global commercial real estate services, including property sales, leasing, facilities management, investment management, and strategic consulting.
As a CBRE Digital Service Officer, you'll be responsible for the implementation and integration of new and existing systems and applications.
What You'll Do:
Work closely with the Client on the implementation and integration of systems and applications. Ensure the entire process is being monitored and report any abnormalities detected;
Coordinate and provide the necessary trainings for any digital service implementation for FMC ground staff;
Responsible for system integration and data transfer between FMC's system and the Client's prevailing solution (system/cloud)
Ensure that data between FMC's system and the Client's prevailing solution (system/cloud) are successfully transmitted accurately and timely
Perform data quality checks to ensure that all the fields in the fault reports are complete such as, but not limited to, fault area, fault parts, fault description etc.
Manage records, floorplans, Operation and Maintenance Manuals (OMM), Agency assets and spaces, and relevant documentations and ensure the documents are readily available to the Client upon request.
Ensure that all work requests are assigned appropriately and tracked in FMS until works are functionally completed and such information shall be made available to the Client
Keep the Client informed on the status of work performed, work schedules and provide alerts and follow up actions on major equipment breakdown through digital platform; implementation of dashboard, developing process workflow.
Engage and drive digital innovation and solutions for the properties under the contract.
Ensure FMS and smart FM uptime and make sure any failures would not impede operation works.
Organise weekly / monthly meetings between Client's digital FM team and the FMC's digital FM team or equivalent to share on the latest digital trends, progress on digital implementation, technologies and solutions the FMC is exploring and on digital concepts such as but not limited to data management, etc.
What You'll Need:
Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or any relevant field
At least 3 years of relevant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Azure Cloud or equivalent cloud solutions
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Able to conduct trainings for new systems / digital solutions
