Job Title – Lease Analyst
About the Role:
The Business Analyst Team Leader will be responsible for the management of Client Dedicated Business Analysts team, development and maintenance of reporting and analytics for Portfolio Services. The person employed in this position will participate in developing reporting team and reporting competences.
What You'll Do:
- Leading and managing the team of up to 8 FTEs
- Developing directly Business Analysts Team Members as well as ensure an effective work planning and workflow within the team
- Actively manage performance of the team
- Ensure all monthly, quarterly, yearly targets are achieved by each Team Member
- Ensure highest level of service delivery including data accuracy, KPI, quality of all deliverables
- Managing the relation with the internal and external Client and its satisfaction
- Managing projects in terms of Portfolio Services function - data improvements and validation projects, global reporting improvements, technology solutions improvements
- Cooperation with CBRE Business Partners to ensure that all SLA's are met
- Assure data integrity and effective validation of all reports produced, prior to circulating to the required recipients
- Provide analytics insights and develop analytics projects
- Prepare reports, analysis and presentations for internal and external purposes
- Effectively deal with ad-hoc tasks and reports
What You'll Need:
- 12-15 years of experience
- Language – fluent in written/verbal English
- Knowledge of Excel and VBA
- Experienced in working with databases
- Quick learner
- Organized, able to work independently and effectively manage workload
- Attention to details with a strong focus on accuracy
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Highly self-motivated and showing initiative
- Good Team Player
- Good time management skills
- Desirable:
- Tableau knowledge
- Real estate and lease database knowledge
- Data visualization skills
