As a CBRE Building Engineer, you will be involved in maintaining and repairing building systems —including mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, and HVAC—while ensuring compliance with safety codes and energy efficiency standards. This role will support preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and inspections, onsite at a large Data Center in Brecksville.
Schedule: Flexible to monthly rotate between 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift

The minimum salary for the Building Engineer position is $28 per hour and the maximum salary is $32 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
