As a CBRE Building Engineer, you will utilize advanced skills to perform complex preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment, and grounds. Working under limited supervision, monitor building system operations and performance. The role requires several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating and cooling.

The minimum salary for the Building Engineer position is $68,000 annually, and the maximum salary for the Building Engineer position is $85,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
