Account Manager Facilities & Technical Maintenance

As Contract Manager, you will be the administrative and commercial heart within CBRE's contract management. You will monitor and optimize contract performances, lead a team, and ensure that both the client and CBRE are satisfied. You will oversee compliance, margin, and continuous improvement opportunities.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading the team, including training, coaching, performance reviews, and recruitment
• Coordinating daily team activities, such as planning, task assignment, cross-training, and deadline monitoring
• Evaluating, interpreting, and assessing contract and service agreements
• Preparing, evaluating, and recommending new contract proposals and renewals
• Negotiating and overseeing compliance with contractual obligations with suppliers and clients
• Answering client questions and handling changes to existing contracts
• Monitoring contract compliance and service delivery
• Advising on commercial and operational issues in the tender and contract phase
• Identifying process optimizations, opportunities for risk minimization, and new business
• Actively contributing to team and departmental goals with professional expertise
• Identifying and resolving complex problems
• Acting according to CBRE RISE values and fostering agreement among involved parties

What you bring to us:

• Preferably a higher professional education degree with 3-5 years of relevant work experience. A combination of relevant experience and education is also welcome
• Experience in human resources such as recruitment, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, performance appraisal, and retention is a plus
• The ability to communicate sensitive, complex information well, clearly communicate expectations, and address problems
• Leadership qualities to motivate the team and have a positive impact on the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the field and department
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and maintenance packages
• Strong organizational skills with a healthy dose of curiosity and an investigative mindset

What we offer you:

• Market-standard salary around €80,000 - €100,000 per year, plus bonus structure, depending on your work experience
