Radio-Canada Terre-Neuve et Labrador is seeking an experienced Reporter/Editor for our St. John's station. Under the supervision of the Assignment Producer and reporting to the Senior Manager, News and Programming, for Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland and Labrador, you will be assigned to produce articles and stories focusing on Newfoundland and Labrador news for our French-speaking audiences in the province and across the country.
To excel in this role, you must have a creative mind, strong editorial judgment and sharp news sense, along with the resourcefulness to find original, compelling stories in the public interest. You must be comfortable on radio and writing copy for our digital platforms but may also be required to occasionally report for television. All work will be governed by CBC/Radio-Canada Journalistic Standards and Practices.
