As our Media Librarian, Team Lead, you will co-ordinate a team of media librarians spread out across Radio-Canada's regional stations. This role involves proposing, reviewing and drafting standards and procedures specific to a media librarian's duties in line with corporate standards and policies.
Among your responsibilities, you will oversee workflows for handling regional audiovisual content as well as provide coaching and support for the media librarians who manage this content. You will also collaborate with other team leads from the Regions unit and the Libraries & Archives department to help improve tools and standardize workflows. You will be in charge of training media librarians and performing quality control on their work and the archived content. Additionally, as the position is based in Quebec City, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the production teams at the Quebec City station.
