We are looking for a Lead Developer to guide our engineering practices, manage team-level development practices, and guide our developers.
Our Lead Developers provide leadership and mentorship to our software engineers teams. They have reporting lines and supervision over developers and work with them to provide feedback and level up their skills. They work with product and other team leads to plan, design, and deliver new features and product releases. They collaborate with other technical leaders to drive forward initiatives across multiple teams, helping us achieve our organizational technical goals and helping us continually improve.
