This is a hybrid position with a mix of in-office and remote work. Work arrangements will be discussed with hiring managers per departmental guidelines.
Why is this role important?
Reporting to the Director, Digital Technology, Front Office, you will join the Digital Media team where a major initiative is underway to modernize Radio-Canada's digital ecosystem and make it more resilient in a rapidly changing media environment. This work will be carried out in close co-operation with various departments and will help shape the public broadcaster's future.
As the Lead Architect for the Radio-Canada.ca platform, you will be responsible for ensuring the consistency, scalability and future-proofing of a strategic digital platform used daily by millions of Canadians. Working alongside the Architecture Office, you will champion the architectural vision by guiding the continuous modernization of the platform. Your goal is to support the fast, secure delivery of new features within an agile and evolving environment.
