As a Training Support Consultant within the Condition Monitoring (CM) team, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering onboarding and continuous training programs for Condition Monitoring Advisors (CMAs). Your mission will be to enhance the technical capabilities and commercial acumen of the organization's operations team. You will ensure they can effectively deliver premium customer experiences using Caterpillar's constantly advancing CM tools, their complete functionality, as well as leveraging critical soft skills like relationship management and presentation techniques. Your focus will be on delivering training that drives educational value and depth but is optimized for team growth and rapid deployment.

What the candidate will do:

  • Provide expertise in developing technical, CM-related training modules, courses, programs and processes, ensuring materials and methods are relevant to the organization's onboarding and continuing education goals.
  • Deliver high quality onboarding and continuing education training to regional CMAs utilizing theoretical and practical training methods.
  • Review and maintain training materials to ensure organizational policies and procedures compliance.
  • Analyze new training methods, tools, and content options to determine the feasibility of use and application in future CMA training programs.
  • Consult business partners and organizational Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on training requirements.
  • Participate in quality assessments and generate feedback with the goal of continuous training program enhancement.

Education requirement:

Bachelor's degree (any area)

Speaking and writing proficiency in English

Top candidates will also have:

  • Working knowledge of a Condition Monitoring Advisor role
  • Direct customer and dealer working knowledge
  • Extensive knowledge with Cat Foresight, Equipment Care Advisor, or similar CM systems
  • Speaking and writing proficiency in Portuguese
  • Working knowledge creating technical documentation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft and Adobe Applications (Word, PowerPoint, PDF)

Additional information:

  • Located in Torre Santa María.
  • This position will require to travel up to 20% domestic and internationally.
  • Valid VISA for US travel required.
  • Domestic relocation assistance is available.
