Solve challenging engineering problems involving products, systems, and components using advanced simulation techniques and analysis.
Collaborate with customers and leadership to scope and execute projects that meet the needs of the business. Experience as an individual contributor in performing complex validation projects/programs, technical coaching/mentoring other team members.
Degree required: Post Graduate / Ph. D degree from a reputed institution, in an accredited Engineering curriculum (Mechanical/Design/Automobile/Aerospace) and 2 + years of industry experience.
Technical Excellence: Knowledge of a given technology and various application methods; ability to develop and provide solutions to significant technical challenges.
Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
Computer-Aided Design & Engineering: Knowledge of tools and techniques of specialized graphics programs; ability to produce, analyze, simulate and test product design drafts.
Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
