Job Summary:

The Manager, Sales Support is responsible for leading the development and execution of the commercial strategy for assigned products and/or markets. This role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of sales environments to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting in-depth analysis of organizational strengths and weaknesses, proactively responding to market opportunities and challenges in the sales environment.
  • Supervising and coordinating daily activities of staff engaged in promoting and selling products, while ensuring efficient resolution of customer complaints and concerns.
  • Designing, implementing, and managing sales programs in alignment with both long-term and short-term sales strategies; establishing robust training and development programs for the sales team.
  • Directing and motivating the sales force to achieve ambitious sales and profit targets; determining competitive discount rates and pricing strategies.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Must have the ownership of a Territory executing commercial activities such as strategic metrics (new business, PODD, aftermarket)
  • Fluent English

  • Customer Focus: Demonstrates a strong commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs. Leverages customer insights to develop tailored solutions, regularly engages with clients, and actively seeks feedback to enhance satisfaction.
  • Industry Knowledge: Possesses up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory requirements, flagship products and services. Actively participates in professional associations and stays informed through industry publications.
  • Decision Making & Critical Thinking: Applies advanced analytical skills to evaluate situations, organize information, and make informed decisions. Assesses risks and benefits and considers alternative strategies for optimal outcomes.
  • Effective Communication: Excels in both written and verbal communication, adapting messaging for diverse audiences. Provides constructive feedback, employs persuasive techniques, and communicates assertively and empathetically at all organizational levels.
  • Relationship Management: Builds and maintains strong working relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues. Responds promptly to client needs, monitors satisfaction, and addresses critical issues to foster long-term partnerships.

  • Master's degree in a related field and relevant professional certifications
  • Supervisor / Leadership skills

Additional Information:

  • Location: Santa Catarina, Nuevo Leon
  • This position is five-day a week in-office model.
  • This position will have 65% domestic and international travel.
  • Active passport and USA visa are required
