Join our dynamic team as a Regional Account Manager, where you'll oversee and coordinate customer strategies for key clients in the mining industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage key mining accounts across Canada and lead strategic initiatives that elevate commercial performance and team effectiveness.

What skills you will have:
Industry Knowledge: Extensive experience in the mining industry, with a strong commercial background and deep understanding of machine applications. Proven track record across operations, maintenance, procurement, and corporate-level functions. Skilled in both mine site management and navigating complex corporate environments.
Customer Focus: Market-oriented, customer-centric and strong strategic planning skills. Experience working with Dealers and customers.
Effective Communications: Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with complex issues and persuade others inside and outside the company, dealers, and customers to take specific actions.
Account Management: Knowledge of account management; ability to manage day-to-day activities, providing services and support to existing clients. Proven leader and decision-maker with a proactive approach, and ability to work with urgency and drive continuous improvement.
Negotiating: Proficient in negotiation and consultative selling, driven by a strong motivation for sales success. Demonstrates exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Value Selling: Knowledge of the principles and practices for selling products, technology and services; ability to provide overall product/service 'value' and to differentiate support offerings that address clearly understood customer needs.
This role is based in Edmonton, Alberta, or Toronto, ON. Domestic relocation assistance is available. This position requires 25-50 % travel. Sponsorship is not available.

Summary Pay Range: $138,750 - $173,440
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
