The Customer Service Intern will play a key role in supporting the department's efforts to improve customer experience and optimize internal processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on impactful projects that drive efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to strategic initiatives. By collaborating with the Customer Service team, the intern will gain hands-on experience in automation, onboarding, reporting, and market research, while developing essential professional skills in problem-solving, organization, and teamwork.

What You Will Do:

Automation of Processes:

Help in mapping departmental activities by priority.

Collaborate with the team to implement automation tools to optimize manual workflows.

Train team members on new tools and monitor their effectiveness to identify improvement opportunities.

Customer Experience:

Contribute to improving customer experience processes by working closely with Customer Service Representatives.

Create user-friendly resources to promote the company’s application.

Analyze results of onboarding surveys, prepare action plans, and propose initiatives to increase survey response rates.

Support for Controls and Governance:

Assist the Collection Analyst in implementing controls to minimize errors and strengthen governance within internal processes.

Benchmarking Best Practices of the Market:

Research and analyze industry best practices to identify opportunities for operational improvement.

Contribute to reports and recommendations that support continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

Monitor customer behavior trends to gain valuable insights for strategy development.

Support internal reporting efforts.

Basic Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, IT, or a related field (no prior experience required).
  • Strong organizational skills, proactive mindset, and eagerness to learn.
  • Attention to detail and basic proficiency in office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Intermediate English.
  • Certificate issued by the University.

Duration of Internship / Hours: 6 MONTHS

Specific Benefits:

  • CLP/ 300,000 (gross) per month to cover expenses related to the program development.
