Für unseren Bereich "Customer Services" suchen wir einen (m/w)

Einsatzort: Deutschland, Mannheim

Ihre Tätigkeit:

• Fachliche Verantwortung für weltweite Product Support Themen mit Schwerpunkt Generatoren, Grid Code und Spannungsregler
• Durchführen und Leiten von Troubleshootings remote, wie auch vor Ort
• System- und Bereichsübergreifende Koordination von technischen Problemstellungen und Lösungsfindungen
• Verantwortliche Koordination von Produkt- und Anwendungsproblemen
• Technische Lieferantenführung in Service-Angelegenheiten inkl. kommerzieller Gesichtspunkte (gemeinsam mit dem Einkauf)
• Koordination von CPI Aktivitäten (Continuous Product Improvement) sowie managen von Product Health Themen

Ihre Qualifikation:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (z.B. im Bereich Elektrotechnik)
• Mehrjährige Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Bereich Generatoren, Steuerungstechnik und Schaltanlagen
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Productsupport oder Kundenkommunikation
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
• Ausgeprägte analytische Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Internationale Reisebereitschaft
