Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Compile Team monthly newsletter
• Enhance the visualization of the team report-out slides
• Team operation data recording, table processing
• Room booking and reminders sending
• IT asset management, inventory and record keeping
• Support team for materials collection and preparation
• Departmental library management
• Responsible for the maintenance of some project management document
• Travel information preparation
• Maintenance of office supplies
• Support team building activities, arrangement

Requirement

The position typically requires more than 4 months internship period, more than 4 days per week.

Good communication skills in Chinese (verbal & written)

Good knowledge of working with web/computer-based applications (Microsoft Office), strong office capabilities (O365 suite, and PowerApps is a plus)

Good capabilities to read and write in English is a must, advanced English skill is a plus but not mandatory

Ability to multi-task effectively, high attention to detail, and the ability to think critically, problem solver.

Self-motivated, an excellent team player with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Desired qualifications:

Able to build strong relationships with various stakeholders

Video editing and shooting capability is a plus
