The Global Finance Services Division (GFSD) has an exciting opportunity available for a Director of Human Resources role based in Dallas, TX. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of GFSD and overseeing a team of roughly 25, this HR Leader will be responsible for leading, guiding, counseling, overseeing, and supporting all critical and strategic human resource needs and initiatives for the global finance organization which includes Indirect Procurement, Accounting, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis/Services, Group CFO teams, Tax, Treasury, Auditing and Investor Relations organizations acting as an integral business partner and advisor. The Director Human Resources also supports the SVP for the Enterprise Strategy Division.
In addition, the Director HR provides leadership and supports execution of Business Unit level HR, including performance management and business unit HR metrics. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and driving the business strategy of GFSD through supportive HR leadership and services with a customer focused mindset.

This position is eligible for stock or other equity grants pursuant to Caterpillar's long-term incentive plan.
Summary Pay Range: $203,670.00 - $305,510.00
