For our team in the area of "Human Resources," we are looking for a permanent full-time position for an HR Business Partner / Personalreferent (m/w/d).

Einsatzort: Mannheim

Your tasks with us in the team:

  • You will support and advise a defined circle of employees and managers in all HR topics and accompany them throughout the entire employee lifecycle
  • You will conduct personal discussions and implement disciplinary measures, if necessary, in cooperation with the responsible manager
  • You will accompany change and reorganization processes and ensure smooth implementation
  • You are responsible for personnel planning, recruitment, and clarification and coordination of contract conditions in your area of responsibility
  • You will work on coordination, organization, and control of the company-wide, annual standard processes and ensure implementation
  • You will create job descriptions and participate in the determination of tariff groups (ERA collective bargaining agreement of the ME industry)
  • You will conduct the conversations within the framework of the company reintegration management (BEM) in your area of responsibility

What you should bring with you:

  • Completed study in the field of human resources management, industrial psychology, business administration, or comparable
  • Several years of professional experience in human resources management, ideally in the industrial or corporate environment
  • Secure knowledge in labor, employment, tax, and social law and in cooperation with the works council
  • Experience in the application of collective bargaining agreements, ideally of the metal and electrical industry
  • IT affinity and confident use of MS Office applications and HR systems (Workday / SAP/HR)
  • Structured and proactive, as well as independent and results-oriented working method (hands-on mentality)
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills as well as empathy and a convincing, binding appearance
  • English skills (at least B1/B2)
