Job Duties/Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering & Delivery:

• Engage with functional teams to understand workflows, pain points, and manual processes.
• Identify automation opportunities that deliver measurable efficiency and ROI.
• Take full accountability for automation delivery—own timelines, quality, and stakeholder alignment.

Technical Expertise

• Build end-to-end workflows using Power Automate Cloud & Desktop.
• Integrate Python scripts for data processing, API calls, and custom logic.
• Develop Agentic Automations using Power Automate and Copilot, incorporating AI-driven orchestration and LLM-based decision-making.
• Validate outputs with stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.

Integration & Innovation

• Connect automations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, and third-party systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
• Leverage Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps) and explore RAG pipelines for intelligent automation.

Testing & Deployment

• Develop test suites (Pytest, Selenium), support CI/CD pipelines, and ensure robust version control.

Collaboration & Communication

• Partner with business stakeholders to map processes and train end-users.
• Collaborate with global teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.

Digital Transformation Advocacy

• Promote adoption of automation tools and foster a data-driven culture.
• Stay current with AI and automation technologies and recommend enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in automation development with Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop) and Python.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, and Dataverse.
• Ability to quickly learn business processes and translate them into automation solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Agentic Automations, LLM-based workflows, and AI-driven orchestration.
• Familiarity with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and conversational AI (Power Virtual Agents).
• Knowledge of PowerShell, JavaScript, or other scripting languages for custom integrations.
