Job Profile / Activities:

Assist in fiscal and accounting routines, with analysis of invoices, collection of tax credits, reconciliations, and support to audits, interacting with internal and external clients.

- Responsible for analysis and recording of invoices.

- Classification of tax codes for operations and services.

- Analysis for appropriation of tax credits.

- Communication with internal and external clients.

- Support in internal and external audits.

- Management of manuals of policies and procedures of the area, ensuring their continuous update.

- Elaboration of manual accounting entries and accounting reconciliations.

- Elaboration of calculation spreadsheets, presentations, and tools using the Office 365 package.

Skills:

Effective Communication: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools, and techniques; ability to transmit, receive, and interpret ideas, information, and needs accurately through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Flexibility and Adaptability: Knowledge of effective approaches and techniques to deal with change; ability to adapt to transforming environments and to handle changes comfortably.

Management of Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to handle multiple objectives, projects, groups, or activities simultaneously, making assertive judgments about priorities and time allocation.

Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques to recognize, anticipate, and solve organizational, operational, or process problems; ability to apply appropriate problem-solving knowledge to diverse situations.

Basic Qualifications:

- Undergraduate degree, preferably in Accounting, Administration, or Economics.

- Pre-intermediate English.

- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI, Power Automate, etc).

Candidates in Highlight Should Have:

- Complete undergraduate degree preferably in Accounting, Administration, or Economics.

- Experience in fiscal and/or accounting routines.

- Intermediate English.

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI, Power Automate, etc).

- Experience in continuous improvement using methodologies and tools to implement automations.

Basic Qualifications:

- Complete higher education, preferably in Engineering.

- Experience in maintenance management, factory engineering, or manufacturing.

- Team leadership.

- Pre-advanced English.

Candidates in Highlight Should Have:

- Postgraduate degree.

- Advanced English.

- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing.

Note: This position requires that the candidate work on-site five days a week.
