Performs a variety of Material Master support activities in the areas of Engineering Change, logistics planning, materials planning, and manufacturing engineering.

In this role you may be expected to:

  • Support Material Master Owner by coordinating parts changes on the shop floor
  • Track outgoing parts to minimal RSSM
  • Manage Change Tracker for assigned product line
  • Work changes in Team center
  • Follow LCC checklist
  • Run weekly change control meeting for assigned product line

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 3 years of logistics/supply chain experience
  • Intermediate proficiency (Basic skills/knowledge. Capable of functioning independently) in Microsoft Excel
  • Intermediate proficiency (Basic skills/knowledge. Capable of functioning independently) in MACH 1 SAP
  • Progressive movement in career to higher level roles

Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation):

  • Willing and able to sit or stand for prolonged periods
  • Willing and able to perform repetitive operations
  • Willing and able to lift up to 35 lbs.

Top Candidates will also have:

  • Advanced Mach 1 SAP proficiency (highly desired)
  • Strong performance ratings and excellent attendance record
  • Team Lead or Supervisory experience
  • Leadership experience
  • Further education
  • Manufacturing experience
  • Supply chain experience
  • Intermediate proficiency (Basic skills/knowledge. Capable of functioning independently) in Microsoft Office Word, and PowerPoint

Summary Pay Range: $27.50 - $34.40 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
