Sales Team Lead (B2B Hunter)

Cartrack, a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company with over 2,300,000 subscribers across 23 countries. We are looking for a hands-on Sales Team Lead (B2B Hunter) to drive new business acquisition while leading and developing a high-performing sales team. This role requires a strong hunter mindset, active involvement in selling, and the ability to coach the team to consistently achieve targets.

Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development (Hunter Focus)

  • Actively acquire new B2B clients through cold calls, cold visits, networking, and referrals
  • Build and manage a strong new business pipeline
  • Personally contribute to sales targets, especially during the initial period
  • Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and deal closures with corporate clients

Team Leadership & Coaching

  • Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets
  • Monitor daily activities, pipeline, and performance metrics
  • Provide regular coaching on prospecting, objection handling, and closing techniques
  • Support team members during key negotiations and closing stages

Strategy & Execution

  • Develop sales strategies to penetrate assigned territories and industries
  • Identify market opportunities and competitor activities
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of sales performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4–6 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a hunter role
  • At least 2–3 years of experience leading a sales team
  • Proven track record in new client acquisition and target achievement
  • Strong experience in cold approach, prospecting, and closing
  • Comfortable with a hands-on selling role, not account maintenance
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Experience in fleet management, telematics, SaaS, leasing, or related industries is a plus
