As an IT Support at Cartrack Technologies, your main role is to monitor and ensure the proper functioning of IoT devices installed in customer vehicles. You will also assist with technical issues that
Responsibilities
Perform daily system health monitoring, verifying integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources and systems.
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Setting up accounts for new users
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Testing new technology
Prepare Staff IT onboarding/offboarding checklist.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree related fields
Minimum 6 months - 1 year of experience in the IT Support
Can join immediately will be advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to read and write English (for an Email)
Hands-on and a positive attitude
Technically independent with good initiative
Strong analytical problem-solving skills with an out-of-box approach in providing solutions
