The Role:

A "Turret Truck Operator" is primarily responsible for safely operating a specialized forklift called a "Turret Truck" within a warehouse, primarily in very narrow aisles, to pick, place, and move pallets of goods by accurately selecting orders, verifying product details, and ensuring proper stock rotation while adhering to all safety regulations; essentially, their main task is to efficiently handle inventory within tight spaces using the unique capabilities of the turret truck.

What You'll Do:

• Move cases physically and electronically as required for fulfillment and general movement in facility.
• Able to operate an RF gun.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Operate power equipment: ride behind jack, sit down reach truck, or High Reach truck.
• Notify supervisor immediately when encountering any issues.
• Always maintain proper safety procedures, including proper lifting and reporting any incidents and accidents within 24 hours.
• Able to meet accuracy goal(s).
• Able to meet productivity goals.
• Assist in other departments when necessary.

What You've Done:

• 2+yrs forklift driver experience
• Driver's License
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read and write English
• Ability to count accurately
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Self-starter
• High school graduate/GED

Nice to Haves:

• Able to withstand moderate physical activity (standing, walking, bending, stooping over, reaching, etc.).
• Able to lift and carry up to 25-30 lbs. on occasion (document boxes, files, binders, and other items).
• Able to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time.
• Able to work overtime.
• Periodic exposure to heavy machinery/equipment and changing environmental conditions.
