Your day-to-day:

• Supporting the People Services (HR) team in various administrative tasks.
• Assisting with employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers.
• Helping to maintain accurate employee records and databases.
• Assisting with HRIS data entry and updates.
• Assisting with benefits administration tasks, including enrollment and changes.
• Providing general support to the People Services team with day-to-day operations.
• Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed.

Your know-how:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
