As the Service Engineer for Carrier, you'll be covering Johor region in servicing our clients. You will be supported by a team of technicians and you are required to champion the customer relationship and engagement process.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handling after-sales service market sales and achieving service sales targets set by the company for the southern region.
• Attending technical meetings at the customer site and providing solutions.
• Reviewing the forecast spare parts for repair work with Service Manager.
• Connecting chillers to the Carrier Smart Service Platform, monitoring Chiller performance, and generating reports to customers.
• Preparing technical reports/chiller startup reports/monthly comprehensive chiller reports for customers.
• Conducting chiller introduction and technical training for customers/contractors and in-house technicians.
• Attending to customers' complaints & providing prompt service to meet customer satisfaction.
• Assisting the Service Manager in handling operation-related matters.
• Carrying out EH&S responsibilities and job site inspection as required.
• Maintaining effective communications with customers and field team members to better understand support requirements.
• Contacting customers frequently requiring a high degree of tact and courtesy to maintain and build good rapport.
• Developing diverse product knowledge and may perform diagnostic procedures.
• Analyzing and interpreting test information to resolve design/system related problems.

As a minimum you must have:

• A bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic, Mechatronics or equivalent.
• Min 3 years of experience in service line.
• Good customer service skills.
• Understanding on air conditioning within HVAC field; preferably from data centre background.
