Service Delivery Business Partner

The Service Delivery Business Partner has responsibility for operationalizing projects that will drive productivity, quality and customer service. Business Analyst who will be responsible for planning, leading and overseeing global Record to Report (RTR) process improvement initiatives focused on streamlining, standardizing and measuring operational effectiveness and efficiency of processes. Business Partner will develop, review and analyze key performance indicators to identify performance gaps and process improvement areas. Business Partner will work closely with regional Operational RTR management and accountants, Carrier Business Services, BPO partners and other key stakeholders to deploy and instill a culture of Carrier continuous improvement framework.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply continuous improvement framework to build plans and facilitate implementation of projects to drive standardization, effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Project manage identified initiatives and track and enable timely delivery.
  • Implement and maintain continuous improvement tools to lead Kaizen, standard work, RCA and other framework events on most recurrent issues around performance and process gaps.
  • Develop, review and monitor KPI’s and metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost opportunities. Use KPI’s and metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Report and conduct monthly reviews with RTR operation leaders. Use KPI’s and metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Develop and deliver training content continuous improvement framework.
  • Coach and engage teams on continuous improvement framework to develop a sustainable culture.
  • Communicate with and influence key internal and external business partners.
  • Navigate and work with matrix organization and cross-functional RTR teams to drive project completion.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related discipline
  • A minimum of 4+ years prior relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • An advanced degree is preferred in an accounting discipline or MBA
  • Lean Six Sigma green belt or higher certification or willingness to obtain certification
  • Improvement coaching experience in Service
  • Working knowledge of continuous improvement tools and data analytics.
