The Service Delivery Business Partner has responsibility for operationalizing projects that will drive productivity, quality and customer service. Business Analyst who will be responsible for planning, leading and overseeing global Record to Report (RTR) process improvement initiatives focused on streamlining, standardizing and measuring operational effectiveness and efficiency of processes. Business Partner will develop, review and analyze key performance indicators to identify performance gaps and process improvement areas. Business Partner will work closely with regional Operational RTR management and accountants, Carrier Business Services, BPO partners and other key stakeholders to deploy and instill a culture of Carrier continuous improvement framework.
