About the role

As Senior Engineer, RLC & VRF for Carrier, you are responsible in supporting various account management activities and customer relationship management and supporting the company's interests and developing business relationships to enhance distribution channel management performance.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Engineer, RLC & VRF, you'll be responsible for:

• Planning, executing, and managing residential, light commercial & VRF projects
• Coordinating with operation team, credit & finance team to ensure timely delivery in meeting forecast plan
• Providing system comparison, analyzing and filling in products & technical information
• Providing alternative solutions to suit customer's need/requirement
• Being proactive in entire sales cycle, from identifying pipeline, specs in, offering to customers to delivery execution and T&C
• Adapted quickly to unexpected site changes or obstacles encountered during project execution
• Collaborating with management team to develop strategic plans for business growth
• Developing project delivery forecast & mid-term sales & order plans

Requirements

• Has minimum degree in Engineering
• Has minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in commercial sales
• Has HVAC experience
• Proactive and aggressive in making sales
• Willing to travel and has own transportation
