Job Description

As a customer outreach representative, you will focus on the selective and structured approach to (potential) customers. You will inform them about the Carrier delivery program and the associated support and advisory services. With your approach, you will contribute to achieving a preferred position for Carrier as a supplier of air conditioning products.

  • Handles customer requests related to Carrier equipment, negotiates prices if necessary, prepares quotes, and ensures follow-up.
  • Acts as a relationship manager for a specific group of customers; provides telephone support for both technical and administrative matters.
  • Stays updated on technical developments by attending training sessions, reading internal documentation, or consulting with the relevant Product Specialist.
  • Coordinates customer questions and issues with internal stakeholders and ensures follow-up.
  • Technically responsible for the correct execution of equipment, selection, and quotation.

What We Expect

  • You are customer-oriented.
  • Higher education in a technical or commercial field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an internal sales position.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC.
