Role Responsibilities
- To manage existing SA accounts and to provide customer support with proposals and quotations on our Carrier offering.
- To work closely with service ops team to deliver desired business objectives.
- To participate in site surveys and to engage in tender as and when is needed to facilitate the order taking activities.
Role Purpose
- Seller role. To meet targeted plan order taking.
- To serve as the point of contact between customer and service operations.
- To sell service repair, modernization and BMS controls.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum engineering diploma from mechanical, electrical, electronics, controls & instrumentations, etc.
- Minimum 5 years site experience in HVAC engineering field, project management and customer handling.
- Knowledge in BMS controls and HVAC field application will be an advantage.
