Role Description

The Scrum Master – Digital Workplace & Private Cloud will be responsible for enabling Agile execution across Digital Workplace and Private Cloud infrastructure teams. This role requires a strong Scrum Master with hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure environments who can drive delivery discipline, operational priorities, manage dependencies, and ensure predictable outcomes while working with globally distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams supporting Digital Workplace and Private Cloud services.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Partner with Product Owners, Engineering, and Operations leaders to maintain a prioritized and actionable backlog.
• Drive Agile adoption in infrastructure-centric teams, balancing Scrum with pragmatic execution where required.
• Identify, track, and remove impediments related to infrastructure dependencies, tooling, and operational constraints.
• Enable transparency through Agile metrics such as sprint velocity, burn-downs, and delivery predictability.
• Support quarterly planning, roadmap alignment, and cross-team dependency management.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile best practices in an enterprise infrastructure context.
• Collaborate closely with ITSM, Cloud, End-User Computing, and Workplace Operations teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of overall IT experience with significant exposure to IT Infrastructure environments.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master supporting infrastructure or platform teams.
• Strong understanding of Digital Workplace technologies (End User Computing, Collaboration Tools, Service Desk, Device Management and ITSM).
• Working knowledge of Private Cloud / On-Prem / Hybrid Infrastructure.
• Proven experience working in large, global enterprise environments.

Certifications (Mandatory)

• Proven experience working in large, global enterprise environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Cloud platforms (Azure / AWS), virtualization, or workplace platforms.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem).
• Experience using Agile tooling such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
