About the Role

In our office in Graz, you will serve as the main point of contact for our customers and oversee all aspects of order management.

Responsibilities

• Independent processing of orders and quotations, including coordination of related deliveries for national and international customers
• Daily written and verbal communication with customers, logistics partners, and internal departments (Sales, Engineering, Import, and Accounting)
• Handling and follow-up of customer complaints
• Maintenance, updating, and administration of customer master data

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English
• Confident user of MS Office applications
• Basic understanding of sales processes and customer interaction
• Additional language of the sales region beneficial (HR, CZ, HU)
