The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer orders in accordance with company policies and procedures, responsible for the day-to-day order management functions, managing ERP to ensure a seamless order processing. You will act as a key contact for the sales team, third-party logistics, and customers in contributing to smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a team-oriented sales administrator with the ability to provide an excellent experience to internal clients and our clients in the field. Therefore, you will:

  • Process customer orders in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Creation of orders & invoicing to customers in ERP (SAP)
  • Administer all sales support functions, to aid in ensuring company goals and objectives are achieved as per targets.
  • Liaise with finance, logistics, and sales team for credit approval, incoming shipments & site deliveries
  • Coordinate with the service/local vendor for local works
  • Coordinate with 3PL warehouse for arranging customer site deliveries.

Requirements

To be successful in this opportunity as a minimum, you must have:

  • 2-5 years work experience as a sales administrator or sales support
  • Working on ERP, preferably SAP will be an added advantage
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel/Word
  • Exceptional data analysis skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
