About the Role
This position plays a key role in the daily planning and coordination of our service operations, directly supporting our commitment to delivering exceptional service to end users.
Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Update the Master Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedule (90, 60, and 30 days)
- Manage the SR backlog and validate scheduled hours for PM visits
- Assign and pre-schedule work orders based on technician skillsets and availability
- Contact customers to coordinate and confirm initial visits
- Estimate and adjust work hours in work orders and scheduled hours
- Provide feedback and flag resource availability concerns to the Branch Manager
- Review technical work, approve timesheets, and manage technician expenses
- Manage service renewal processes and SR bookings
- Create startup forecast work orders
- Incorporate CBM into PM planning for connected chillers
- Highlight technician shortages and support recruitment decisions
Skill Set:
- Strong project planning and coordination skills
- HVAC technical background and understanding of work-hour estimation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal systems
- Problem-solving, team-oriented, and results-driven
- Effective communicator with excellent organizational skills
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Diploma in Engineering or related field is a plus
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
