Your role as Inside Sales Engineer

As an Inside Sales Engineer, you are the link between our customers, the field sales team, and internal departments. You support the sales activities of HVAC equipment and ensure a smooth back office. You work in an enthusiastic team of about nine colleagues and report to the Inside Sales Manager.

What you will do

Process incoming requests and prepare quotes.

Provide technical and commercial support to the field sales team.

Maintain customer contact and manage files of existing and potential customers.

Telephone acquisition and follow-up of appointments.

Support order processing and documentation.

Technical agreement on specific quotes (up to a certain value).

What you bring

Higher education level, preferably commercial/economic with a technical background.

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar inside sales role within the HVAC industry.

Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Good command of Dutch and English.

Experience with MS Office and CRM systems.

We are also open to recent graduates of Technical Engineering programs.
