The Commercial Service Agreements Employee is responsible for increasing contract coverage on Carrier's existing installed base. This is done by actively identifying, developing, and realizing new maintenance contracts, both through incoming requests and proactive commercial initiatives.
In this role, you primarily work from the office, where you are the commercial engine behind the growth of service contracts. Where necessary, you will go with account managers and sales managers to customers to advise them on the possibilities of service agreements.
