Reporting to the Head of Administration Service, you will ensure the comprehensive administrative management of service contracts within your scope, from creation/renewal to invoicing, with the goal of guaranteeing quality customer service while maintaining the financial performance of the company.

Your Missions

Administrative management of service contracts

  • Register new specific service contracts after internal validation
  • Ensure the renewal of service contracts
  • Manage amendments, modifications, and contractual terminations
  • Validate contract offers in replacement of the designated approver if necessary
  • Provide administrative support related to contract activity

Management of anomalies and continuous improvement

  • Be the primary contact for clients regarding anomalies related to contract administration
  • Analyze invoicing disputes across all contracts
  • Handle requests for credit/debit notes
  • Diagnose complex anomalies and propose corrective actions
  • Actively participate in the continuous improvement of service processes and tools

  • Coordinators
  • Service Operations Managers
  • Finance and Legal departments
  • Internal and external clients and partners

Profile Sought

Education / Experience

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in management, administration, or commerce
  • Successful first experience in sales administration, contract management, or commercial support/ADV
  • Experience in a service/maintenance environment is a plus

Technical skills

  • Good mastery of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of ERP/CRM tools
  • Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or ServiceMax is appreciated
  • Good understanding of sales documents: quotes, orders, contracts, invoices, credits
