Chiller Technicians able to support on installation, testing, repair and maintaining various types of Chillers, used for air-conditioning. They are required to perform on-the-spot, preventive and emergency maintenance on a variety of commercial air conditioning equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Commissioning:

• Install, set up, and commission new chiller systems as per manufacturer guidelines.
• Verify system performance and ensure proper integration with building HVAC systems.

Preventive & Scheduled Maintenance:

• Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and servicing of chiller units.
• Replace worn parts, filters, gaskets, and lubricants as per maintenance schedules.
• Calibrate controls, sensors, and thermostats to ensure efficiency.

Troubleshooting & Repairs:

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant-related issues.
• Repair or replace faulty compressors, pumps, motors, valves, and piping.
• Address refrigerant leaks, recharge systems, and comply with environmental regulations.

System Monitoring & Optimization:

• Monitor operating parameters such as pressure, temperature, and flow rates.
• Optimize energy efficiency and recommend system upgrades or retrofits.
• Identify potential risks and take proactive corrective actions.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and compliance reports.
• Provide clear service summaries and recommendations to clients and supervisors.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Customer Support:

• Communicate effectively with clients about service findings and solutions.
• Provide training or basic operational guidance to facility staff.
• Represent the company professionally, reinforcing customer trust and satisfaction.

Safety & Compliance:

• Follow all workplace safety standards, PPE requirements, and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Ensure compliance with HVAC industry standards, ASHRAE, and local environmental regulations.
• Handle refrigerants safely in line with EPA and company policies.

Team Collaboration:

• Work with service coordinators, engineers, and other technicians for complex issues.
• Share field insights for improving service processes and product reliability.
• Assist in mentoring junior technicians when required.

Min 8 years of experience in Chillers.
