If you are an experienced HVAC Sales Professional, with previous exposure to Industrial applications and love to hunt for new business while supporting an existing client portfolio this role is a great fit for you! Create and maintain Sales Territory and Account plans where necessary

Sell the full portfolio of Carrier HVAC Service products and solutions (i.e. service agreements, repairs and modernizations) to Industrial customers

Present at customer seminars to develop new and existing customer relationships and opportunities.

Utilize CRM to manage customer interactions, activities, and opportunity pipeline

Seek out or respond to repair opportunities

Clearly articulate the value of Carrier's value offerings and how they map to the customers' needs

Ability to detect the Customer's buying stage and adjust selling accordingly.

Responding to the customer requirements in a timely manner

Ability to consistently achieve sales metrics and Annual Targets

Effectively negotiate service agreement renewals when required.

Ability to sell directly to end user customer.

High School Diploma / GED.

5+ years of experience in the HVAC industry or in related technical fields such as automation, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or industrial engineering (in sales, technical support, or after‑sales service).

3+ years of experience working with industrial systems or solutions, either within an industrial environment or through selling into industrial companies.

Candidates based in Ontario must be fluent in English, and candidates based in Quebec must be fluent in both French and English.

Must have valid driver's license.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey value and build trust.

Strong negotiation abilities to secure agreements and navigate complex customer discussions.

Customer‑centric mindset, focused on understanding needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Goal‑oriented and driven, with a persistent approach to achieving and exceeding targets.

The expected base salary range for this role is between $89,500 and $139,500. The rate of pay may be impacted by factors such as the applicant's geographic location, market data/range, skills, prior relevant experience, job-related knowledge, specific degrees and certifications, and/or other relevant considerations.

This compensation includes components such as base salary, vacation pay, public holiday pay, potential estimated overtime pay and paid statutory leaves of absence. Additional benefits may include insured benefits such as health care, vision, dental, disability, etc., as well as possible RRSP matching.

This role may also provide the opportunity to earn additional incentive compensation in the form of annual bonus, sales bonus, sales commission or local incentive. If the role provides for an opportunity to earn additional incentive compensation, it will be based on measurable performance factors which may include company performance, individual performance or other key performance indicators.
